Here at Green & Jenks we have a passion for heritage and the environment. Green is in our name and in our business ethos and values.

We support several environmental charities such as WWF, RSPB, Wildlife Trusts, Soil Association and the National Garden Scheme. 

These are some of the things we do: 

• Reduce food waste by careful stock control, any items on short shelf life are promoted by offers or given away
• Recycle all cardboard, plastics, glass 
• Plant waste is composted 
• Choose suppliers who have a shared values for environment, many are B Corp
• Source many products from local farmers and artisan producers
• Our display fridge is ECO as it has sliding doors and maintains temperature control so products are kept fresh 
• Plants are sourced from British growers and are peat free with compostable/recyclable pots
• Source Organic products where we can
